What does recycling include?

1. Our recycling service does exactly what it says on the tin. We will take away your old appliance for you, and recycle it. We do ask that it is disconnected from any water and electrical connections, and that it has any cupboard doors removed if it is integrated
2. If access to your property is tight then please note, we can not remove doors to the property or the appliance to gain access.
3. If the item does not fit you will then have two options. The appliance will be left where it is or the appliance will be returned to us. - A charge may be incurred for this.
4. Please call us with a full description and details of your access to allow us to decide if the appliance may fit. - This is not garuanteed but it should alleviate some of the problems.
5. A 2 man service is advisable with all large item deliveries and recycles.
6. We only install the new item by special agreement with us first, additional costs will apply.
