Returns & Refunds

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

If you would like us to collect the item we can do this at a cost of 45p per mile for the round trip.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging they came in
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

RETURNS PROCESS

In the first occasion please notify us either by calling us on 01295 266 087 or email us at [email protected] and let us know you wish to return your item if within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind and no longer want the item, if you require us to pick up the item there may be a charge, for small items you will be responsible for postage costs and insurance, once we have the item back and had it inspected we will issue a refund.
 
Refunds will be issued as soon as the item has been returned to us and we have deemed it fit for resale, refunds will be made via the payment method made for the transaction such as SagePay or PayPal but may take up to 7 days to appear in your bank depending on who you bank with, we can always provide you with a transaction ID if needed.
