Home Deliveries During Covid-19
During this time of everyone getting used to the "new" normal we always aim to deliver your new appliances as safely as possible for both you and our deliveries drivers, so please take a moment to read how we do our deliveries during this time.
Our standard delivery is to the threshold of the property. All our drivers are equipped with face masks, gloves and antibac hand gel to use between each delivery, we also ask if you could maintain a safe distance from our drivers while your new appliance is being delivered and if you are self-isolating please can you make us aware of this before delivery either by calling the shop on 01295 266087 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Recycling Your Old Appliance
If you have ordered from us to recycle your old appliance, then we respectfully ask where possible this is disconnected from any water supply and any mains electricity supply and if possible, moved towards the threshold of the property.
Installation of Your New Appliances
For us to install your new appliance we ask if the old appliance can be disconnected from any services such as mains electricity or water supply where possible, this is to keep a minimal contact and time in your home where possible.
