PLEASE NOTE: All appliances for recycling should be disconnected and removed from their usual place of usage and left as near to the collection point/threshold of property as possible. There are no exceptions to this. We will not return to collect an appliance on another day if we have already delivered the appliance. A refund for recycling WILL NOT BE GIVEN if this is not adhered to. If in doubt or you have any questions please ask prior to ordering this service.
We don't install integrated appliances outside of our own, local area. There are OX, NN and CV postcodes. Installation CAN be arranged for integrated appliances
Do I need 2 man delivery service ?
With an aim to keep costs down to you we always deliver as a one man delivery service which for most circumstances is fine. We always recommend a 2 man delivery service if any of the following apply:
You live in a block of flats with no lift.
If the item is extremely heavy such as some of the American fridge freezers or range cookers.
You need the item taking up stairs or down stairs.
The delivery location is difficult to get to and may neeed to be lifted up and over items.
The item being recycled is a lot heavier than the one being delivered
